职位描述：
1、海外投资项目的资本预算，成本和收益的测算与分析，参与项目的计划与各阶段的支持；

2、投资与融资的文件准备，辅助财务/投资总监进行融资活动；

3、审核项目公司的会计过程；

4、监控项目公司的运营业绩与财务状况，完成项目的预算控制分析；
5、配合财务经理编制各类海外公司的财务预算，每月进行预算控制分析；
6、与海外会计事务所进行帐务核对；

7、协助进行国际税务转让定价的文稿工作；

8、维护国际会计信息系统的安全、有效与可靠的运作；

9、领导安排的各项工作。

任职要求：
1、本科财务专业，四年以上国际会计与项目会计的经验，有中级会计师，ＡＣＣＡ证书者优先；

2、能独立处理整套账务，熟悉了解国际会计准则，理解调节到IFRS会计准则报表的过程；

3、工作认真负责，善于人际交往与沟通；
4、熟练运用办公和会计软件，计算机操作熟练，有英语财务软件的操作经验；

5、全面掌握财务管理知识，了解企业财务管理工作流程；
6、优秀的英语听说读写能力，六级英语证书。

Position Description:

1. Responsible for capital budgeting for the overseas investment projects, cost and revenue estimate and analysis, participate in project planning and support of various phases of project.

2. Prepare documents for investment and financing, assist CFO/CIO in financing activities.

3. Audit the accounting process of project companies.

4. Monitor and control the operating results and financial status of the project companies, perform budget control analysis for project companies.

5. Assist finance manager in compiling various budgets for affiliated international companies, and perform budget control analysis.

6. Carry out account reconciliation with overseas accounting firms.

7. Participate in document preparation on international taxation and transfer pricing.

8. Maintain the safety, effectiveness and reliability of operation of the international accounting system.

9. Any task assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement:

1. College degree in finance, above 4 years’ experience in international accounting and project accounting, holder of intermediate accountant certificate or ACCA preferred.

2. Can independently handle the whole accounting book, familiar with international accounting standards and understand the reconciliation process to IFRS financial statements.

3. Diligent work attitude, sense of responsibility, good at social relations and communication.

4. Skilled in office, accounting software and computer operation, experience in English financial software.

5. Comprehensively master the financial management knowledge, familiar with the workflows of enterprise finance.

6. Excellent English communication skills, Level-6 English certificate.
