任职资格Qualifications
1) 具有会计或相关专业大专科及以上学历;
Have College or higher degree of accounting or related majors;
2) 具备银行票据相关知识和实务;
Have related knowledge and practice of bank note;
3) 熟悉中国外汇管理政策和实务操作;
Familiar with China's foreign exchange management policy and practice operation;
4) 沉稳细心,认真负责;
Calm, careful and responsible;
5) 具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力。
Have good communication and learning skills.

岗位职责Responsibilities
1) 负责审查付款发票或者收据的真实性,付款审批手续的完整性,付款依据的充分性
Responsible for reviewing the authenticity of payment invoice or receipt, integrity of the examination and approval formalities of payment, sufficiency of payment basis
2) 负责根据付款申请要求,及时填写银行票据并递交给银行进行支付或者使用现金进行支付,掌握两位董事长行程,准备已签字票据,满足紧急付款需要。
Responsible for timely filling bank notes according to the requirements of payment application, sending the notes to bank to pay or paying by cash;
3) 负责根据日常资金支付需要和公司管理规定,存放适当的备用金用于报销;
Responsible for depositing appropriate revolving fund for reimbursement according to the needs of daily payment and the company’s management regulation;
4) 负责保管公司现金和银行票据的安全;
Responsible for caring the security of the company’s cash and bank notes;
5) 负责和银行柜面人员保持良好的关系;
Responsible for maintaining good relations with bank tellers;
6) 及时编制日常收付款记录;
Responsible forformulating daily payment record;
7) 负责音乐俱乐部活动酒水收入、票款、纪念品的收款及结算工作,并指导收款员做好相关收款工作。
Responsible for music club beverage income collection work, merchandisesale settlement and supervise cashier to perform well for collecting money.

主要考核指标Major assessment indicators
1) 银行票据的退票率在0.5‰以内;
The refund rate of bank notes is within 0.5‰;
2) 付款申请在得到所有审批人批准后的2个工作日予以支付;
Payment application is paid in 2 working days after the approval of all approvers;
3) 现金报销在得到所有审批人批准后，2个工作日内通知报销人领取款项。
Cash reimbursement is timely (inform employees to collect money within 2 days after receiving the approved document) and accurate;
4) 每月前5个工作日内完成《管理层报告中》的货币资金余额表的编制工作
Finish the currency balance form for the management reports before the fifth of each month.
