薪资待遇：
按客户消费额提成，也可以底薪加提成的方式
 
工作内容 :
1. 发挥人脉优势，邀约顾客到露茗堂店铺体验护肤品及达成销售，或者通过其他途径产生个人销售
2. 宣传和举办露茗堂店内手工作坊，并通过自己的人脉邀约人们参加体验，在店员的协助下介绍和推广露茗堂护肤产品并达成销售（DIY面膜，自然茶萃护肤产品DIY制作，新品体验，手部护理，脸部护理，皮肤咨询及建议，品下午茶-仅限杭州西湖龙井店）每次活动前须通知露茗堂店员提前准备
3. 发挥人脉优势，开发B2B合作（单品/套装/自定义套装）

任职要求：
1/ 有一定的人脉资源，可自行组织活动
2/ 工作时间可根据活动灵活安排
3/ 熟悉或热爱自然茶萃护肤理念的护肤品
4/ 喜爱社交，善于沟通和建立人际关系网络
5/ 有销售或营销背景(不必要)优先
6/ 会说英文(不必要)优先
