Accountability
The Capacity Assurance Senior is accountable to:
? Motivate, support and educate the team in accordance with the company goals
? Conduct market analysis and identify actions to secure the required capacity
? Secure and sustain existing capacity to optimize company growth and profitability


Main Responsibilities
? Find new capacity to meet the capacity needs of the H&M group requirements and identify any potential bottlenecks
? Conduct market analysis and identify actions to secure the required capacity
? Maintain cooperation with other Capacity Assurance Teams in other locations
? Be responsible for maintaining and managing supply base data in the designated systems
? Drive capacity development with new and existing suppliers
? Secure an effective sourcing flow
? Educate new suppliers
? Introduce the H&M group to new suppliers
? Coordinate with the business team to control subcontract production
? Evaluate the existing supplier base according to performance and the set development plan
? Secure and sustain existing capacity to optimize company growth and profitability
? Follow up capacity planning
? Manage the correct capacity as registered in H&M systems
? Work actively with regard to talent identification, staff development and succession planning
? Identify capability gaps (current and future) and work towards bridging these gaps through performance management, staff development, strategic recruitment, etc.
? Your responsibility is to lead your team by example, always driven by our values and the ambition to make people and business grow

任职资格：
Education and Experience requirements
? University graduate. Degree in Textiles or equivalent is preferred
? At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position/capacity


Knowledge and Skill requirements
? Merchandising experience in the relevant product category
? Excellent presentation and communication skills
? Good supply chain understanding
? Strong follow-up skills
? Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
? Fluent written & spoken English
