岗位职责：
1. 根据项目要求，现场勘查人员的反馈信息，进行可行性分析，设计合理的光伏发电系统方案；
2. 了解客户需求，及时有效的从客户方案中获取设计需要资料；
3. 根据方案完成系统的深化设计，主要包括系统图、设备布置图、现场布线图、电气设备柜图等；
4. 负责指导光伏项目设计施工，组织光伏发电系统现场系统的安装，对于现场变更进行技术确认，参与系统调试和分析；
5. 完成领导安排的其他任务。
任职要求：
1. 电子与通信工程、机械电子工程、自动化、电气工程等专业本科及以上学历；
2. 精通太阳能系统的原理，组成及各部件集成,熟悉不同太阳能系统部件的特点和差异，了解系统各部件(逆变器,控制器,蓄电池等)的合理搭配；
3. 技能要求熟练绘制CAD相关电器图纸, 包括系统图、设备布置图、现场布线图、电气设备柜图等；
4. 熟练应用相关设计软件，如RESTcreen、PVsyst光伏电站设计软件等,根据项目要求，设计合理的光伏发电系统方案；
5. 配合客服组现场的安装，对于现场变更进行技术确认，参与系统调试和分析；
6. 英文精通，会日语者优先。
Responsibilities:
(1) According to project requirements & site survey feedback information, to conduct a feasibility analysis & to have rational design of photovoltaic power generation system;
(2) Understand customer’s needs, obtain design information from client programs timely & effectively;
(3) According to the program to complete the system design, including system diagrams, equipment layout, on-site wiring diagrams, electrical equipment cabinet ;
(4) Responsible for the guidance of the PV project design and construction, organize field system installation of photovoltaic power generation system, confirm technical changes at field, participation in the system debugging and analysis;
(5) Complete the other tasks of the leader arrangements.

Requirements:
(1) Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical engineering,bachelor degree or above;
(2) Versed in the principle of the solar system composition and component integration, familiar with the characteristics and differences of the different solar system components, understanding of the system components combination (inverters, controllers, batteries, etc.);
(3) Skills required: familiar with CAD drawings system diagrams, equipment layout, on-site wiring diagrams, electrical equipment cabinet diagrams;
(4) Proficient in design software such as RESTcreen, PVsyst photovoltaic power plant design software, etc., according to project requirements to have rational design of photovoltaic power generation system solutions;
(5) At project site coordination with customer service group, confirm technical changes at site, participation in the system debugging and analysis;
6) professional in English, master Japanese is prefer.
