职位描述：
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has an immediate opening for Accounting Assistant in its Shanghai office. This is a full time position with benefits.

SUMMARY
Responsible for collecting, recording, and reporting accounting transactions.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Typical responsibilities include:

Issuing local invoices to customers, verifying VAT invoices; processing AR receipts, entering balances into the accounting system.

Performing inquiries with customers regarding the payment status of outstanding invoices.

Using the accounting system to track payment of invoices and to solve simple accounts receivable issues.

Preparing expense reports.

Providing user maintenance on simple systems, i.e. Fixed Assets, General Ledger, database and spreadsheets.

Performing liaison work with the Tax Department


REQUIREMENTS
Requires University degree in Accounting/Finance
Certificate of Accounting

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Bilingual in Chinese and English (written and verbal)
Excellent English speaking and listening is a requirement
Intern is welcome

准备帐务报告
维护并记禄简单的财务账目，例如固定资产， 总帐等相关数据库及电子数据表
与税务部门执行的联络工作

要求：
会计财务或相关专业本科以上学历

良好的交流及客服技巧
具有良好的英文读写、交流能力
熟練的英語聽說能力
