岗位职责：
1、托福课程的教学（听力，阅读，写作，口语）；
2、托福学术研究工作 （教学法的学习和研究）；
3、托福课程及教材的研发工作。

职位要求：
1、英语专业本科及以上学历（非英文专业硕士及以上），对雅思和托福考试有深刻的研究，口语好、发音标准，能英文授课，逻辑清晰，讲课条理分明；
2、最好参加过所应聘科目的考试，对其有深入研究，并获得高分；
3、有责任感，为人诚实正直，品行端正，口齿伶俐，中文表达能力强；
4、相貌端正，气质好，有个人魅力，具有较强的幽默感和感染力。表现力强，善于调动课堂气氛，具备较强的人生信念和丰富知识，上课能旁征博引，寓教于乐；
5、有相关课程授课经验。
