职位描述：
Showrooms in China:
- Check MS machines for functionality (tooling, coolant, oils, damages, etc.)
- Contact immediately INDEX service team in case of technical problems or irregularities
- Organize deliveries with our external suppliers (lubricants, bars, tools, etc.)
- Organize moving in and out of our machines (for exhibitions, sales, return shipment, etc.)
- Taking care of installations (air, electricity, fire extinguisher, etc.)
- Support cleaning and repair service (maintenance of showroom in general)
- Hands on support of our service team.
- Keep our machines, tools, accessories clean, organized and safe
- Keep promises and staff safe and secure

Projects, Processes, customer set-up and test cuts:
- Responsible for programming (for customers, training, etc.)
- Selecting of tools, holders, accessories
- Running and optimizing of test cuts
- Do necessary paperwork (test reports, measuring reports, visit reports, CRM, etc.)
- Keep in regular contact with HQ and with our customers
- Technical problem solving for existing customers (new installations, new parts, turn-key projects)
- Reporting to customers when necessary (test cut, technical problems, etc.)
- Arrange set-up according to contract specifications
- Arrange pre- and final acceptance procedures

Technical Sales:
- Support our technical team during daily duties (cycle time calculation and quotations)
- Regular customer visits together with our sales team
- Regular support of our sales processes (technical agreements, procedures)
- Optimisation of cycle time calculations
- Presentation of new technology resp. new machine types
- Regular training and support of IS employees, customers, agents, etc.

General Assistance:
- Communication with HQ and external suppliers regarding spare parts issues (exchange spindles, etc.)
- General assistance of our service team during pre- and final acceptance procedures

Reporting:
- Reporting directly to the Technical Manager and General Manager of IS

Location of work duties:
- All showrooms and sales offices of IS within China
- Regular traveling within China (customers, exhibitions, etc.) and on specific demand outside China
