职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Making sure the LANs is turned to optimum performance, delivering required information to end-users, and interacting properly with WANs;
- Support the end users in technical problems they may encounter in the operation of software, hardware, operating systems, e-mail, etc.;
- Maintains the efficient operation of all automated office processes by implementing technical applications and advising on hardware and software purchases.

Requirement:
- Ability to evaluate critical systems, prioritize work, and determine solutions;
- Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations and policies;
- A working knowledge of these technologies: Microsoft Office, Windows server and client versions and related utilities; Office365, Sharepoint and collaboration tools; SAP; networking technologies including Cisco router/switch, ethernet and wireless networking and related protocols; VPN remote access; multimedia cellular phones and other mobile communication tools; Hardware installation and support ; system security technique, Internet and Web technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical publications and documentation;
- A broad knowledge of data flow, interactions of systems, and capabilities and limitations of systems software and computer equipment ;
- Significant knowledge or background in integrated online systems, LANs/WANs, telecommunications network, and application softwares;
- Ability to work efficiency with staff, vendors and within cross-functional teams in global organization.
- Strong knowledge with ITIL process ,ITIL foundation certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management of information system or a related degree, or equivalent education and at least 5 years work experience in multinational company
- Cisco Certification Engineer (CCNP)
