NTT DATA Services currently seeks a “Voice Support Engineer” to join our team in “Shanghai”.

Role Responsibilities

- Working in in-country voice operation team.

- Working on Avaya or Cisco based voice system daily operation independently as well as working with regional support team and vendors, which includes

a. Voice system maintenance and troubleshooting.

b. Support and assist regional voice team on incident handling.

c. Voice documentation submission and system update.

d. Voice system capacity report.

e. Voice asset maintenance and inventory update.

f. Regional project coordination and support.

- Project deployment on voice system implementation. Manage and implement voice related projects in China. Coordinate project logistics including vendor management, documentation, handover etc., within approved budget, schedule and ensure compliant to Citigroup relevant policies.

- Scope covering whole China.

Requirements

- Being computer science or engineering related university degree.

- 1-3 years’ working experience for daily operation and project delivery on a medium or large sized voice environment, with rich Avaya or Cisco based voice system knowledge and practical working experience.

- Avaya ACACN/ACASCS or Cisco CCVP is a plus.

- Self-motivated and highly responsible.

- Quick learner and detail oriented.

- Sense on QA and information security.

- Documentation accountability.

- Sound interpersonal communication and coordination skills.

- Teamwork and hardworking, available for OT.

- Sound English both in oral and written.

Preferences

- Experience on handling project is better

- Knowledge on voice solution is better
