职位描述：
Responsibilities岗位职责

1. Examines, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic diseases and injuries of infants and children into young adulthood in outpatient setting.
2. Prepares and reviews case histories and obtains data through interviews.
3. Examines patients and determines x-ray examinations and clinical laboratory tests required.
4. Interprets test results and evaluates examination findings.
5. Prescribes therapies based on up-to-date clinical guidelines. Administers and prescribes treatment such as antibiotics, drugs, and compresses.
6. Determines need for and assists in specialized medical care and treatment. May be granted additional privileges based on documented proficiency.
7. Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other pediatricians and the supervising clinician.


Requirements任职条件

1. Doctor of medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine
2. Attending doctor or above
3. Minimum 3 years experience post-residency in the clinical is preferred
