Responsibilities

• Sends all invoices, credit notes and debit notes to customers
• 向客户发送所有的发票、欠款和收款通知单。
• Coordinates with the commercial area for client contracts.
• 和销售部门协调客户合同上相关事宜。
• Enters and updates information that concerns the receivable account module.
• 输入和更新有关应收账款模块的信息。
• Carries out the collection of payments.

• Identifies the collections made via direct deposit into our bank accounts.
• 识别通过汇款到公司银行账户的款项。
• Manages customers’ refunds for overpayments.
• 管理客户的超额退款。
• Archives and organizes documentation relating to customers (bank deposits, invoices, lists of collections, letters, etc.)
• 归档和整理与客户相关的文件(银行存款、发票、收款单、信件等
• Reports weekly to the management the status of the receivable account.
• 每周向管理层报告应收账款的情况。
• Performs all bank movements (deposits, check banking conciliation).
• 执行所有银行业务(存款，检查银行对账单)。
• Compares the order invoice with the purchase order and verifies the payments conditions.
• 核对账单发票和采购合同信息，验证付款情况。
• Performs and programs suppliers’ payments.
• 负责供应商的付款事宜。
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliations for the accounting period.
• 准备每月的银行对账单。
• Performs interbank transfers between national accounts and abroad, prior authorization from Regional Manager.
• 区域经理事先授权后，在国内账户和国外账户之间进行银行转账。

Qualifications

Education: University degree in accounting.

学历：大学学位，会计学专业

Knowledge: Finance costs, tax legislation, Windows environment as a user.

知识技能：财务费用，税务，掌握Windows办公软件

Experience: 3 years in Accountant or Financial areas.

经验：至少3年会计师或者财务领域的经验

Skills: Ability of reasoning, problem-solving abilities and teamwork.

职业技能：具有推理能力，解决问题的能力和团队合作的能力
