职位描述：
负责相关的样品开发工作，及大货订单生产进度跟踪，具体工作职责如下：

A) 开发部门：
1. 负责开发样品工艺单的制作，校对，翻译等相关工作。
2. 开发／销售样品的前期准备从制单的准备，面辅料收集，以及样品生产进度的跟踪确保样品准确性和准时性。
3. 按时更新样品进度表，与销售部保持密切的联系，任何潜在的问题及时提出解决。


 B）生产部门：
1.负责生产的数据系统管理安排（SKU#,原材料的编号安排）
2.辅助生产部门对大货生产工艺单，产前样/面辅料卡做产前的校对及确认。
2.跟踪大货生产进度。


技能要求：

2-3年服装／箱包跟单经验
大专以上学历，服装纺织相关专业
良好的中文沟通能力。英文4级，具备阅读和书写能力
熟悉办公微软系统，苹果系统，ERP.
能熟悉运用画图软件Photoshop,illustrator,CAD 优先考虑
有上进心，责任心，耐心细致，执行力强。


Job Description:

Cooperating with R&D department and Production department. Main responsibilities are:

A) R&D Department:
1. Prepare and translate the English technical file to Chinese for sampling.
2. Liaise with Sales department. Follow up the show sample development for the exhibition to make sure all samples are made respecting the specification and finish on time.
3. Being proactive with any potential problems for future bulk production.
4. Track the sample entry and out record and update the sample status chart accordingly.

B) Production Department:
1. Responsible for database management: Covert Products SKU#. Organize the raw material code..…etc.
2. Assist production department to verify the bulk production tech pack, pp sample/Fabric and accessory card.
3. Follow and update the bulk production status.

Skill & Experience:

1. 2-3 years working experience, textile education background and garment industrial working experience is preferred.
2. Native Chinese with English reading & Writing skill is a must, speaking is preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft office, Mac OSX. Skill of Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD is preferred.
4. Hard working, detailed oriented, fast learner able to develop and execute ideas while respecting deadlines. Good at multi-tasking and able to work independently
