主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:

1.  根据教育局规定负责落实校车相关工作，负责日常校车运营，包括与校内教学团队协作及与家长沟通相关事宜，管理校车公司外包团队按照要求完成相应工作。

To implement the school bus work according to the education bureau policy, be responsible for the school bus operations including the liaison person among the school, bus company and the parents. To manage  school bus team to complete the corresponding work as required.

2. 公务车管理，车辆协调安排及司机日常沟通，确保用车的准确率

3. 校内日常活动接受中心，协调并回复相关活动支持的安排 ，确保所有活动按照需求部门的要求完成。

Be as the school activities support hub to collect the request and reply promptly about the arrangement to make sure that all school Events layout are checked on presentation, quantity and quality according to requirements.

4. 根据学校规定，进行总务部门档案管理

Collect and, exhibit and maintain the department archival materials according to the school regulations.

5. 负责仓库物资的清点和入库，以及部门领用，每月清点盘查。根据总务库存的实际情况，及时下达订单补给。

In charge of the school inventory management, including the materials warehousing and storage, monthly inventory. Replenishment preparation of all store items timely.

6.  负责准备并向上级递交总务月度采购和付款申请 Initiate and submit to line manager all Purchase & Payment Requests monthly

7. 按照总务处工作要求，进行常规性晨间护导. Be on morning duties as part of GS regular work. 

8. 完成上级布置的其他工作。Performs other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

1. 本科以上学历；

2. 4年的行政、客服或酒店行业工作经验优先；

3. 良好的双语沟通能力；

4. 良好的沟通技巧及服务意识；较高的团队合作意识；

5. 良好的多任务处理能力及良好的抗压性。
