Job Responsibilities:
1. To ensure all logistic transaction, inbound and outbound movement of good are in compliance to rule and guideline of custom and local authority
2. Monitor and negotiate logistics cost to meet the target.
3. Tariff rate survey and verify.
4. Audit and review freight bill for payment. .
5. Lead the shipping team to arrange daily shipments on schedule; monitor & back up for team members.
6. Deal with customer complain shipping related;
7. Sourcing & good control outbound cost through proper choice of Carrier /Logistics & shipping method , and analys cost report with merchandiser team.,
8. Maintain good relationship with cross function team and customer;
9. Evaluate forwarder KPI, build up good relationship with Carrier and local forwarding agency.
10. Well management on documents of outbound shipment;
Job Requirements:
1. College degree, at least 10 year related work experience;
2. Familiar with sea freight/ air freight operation, related work experience will be preferred ;
3. Familiar with ERP system
4. Knowhow CIF , DDP calculation & operation, and container/measurement calculation.
5. Familiar with all kinds of payment methods and bank L/C issuance.
6. Ability to interact with different levels of people and convince people;
7. Customer minded and great team player;
8. Good communication skill and willing to learn;
9. Good English skill.
