职位描述：
Report to：Quality director(Italian)
汇报给：质量总监(意大利人)

Responsibilities:
1- Audit, evaluate and eventually approve new suppliers.
2- Audit and monitor approved suppliers regularly and follow up supplier action plans.
3- Wok with IQC and Purch, Eng in order to lead the process for the evaluation and the approval of components samples.
4- Support customer quality in the solution of customer problem originated by supplier.
5- To provide quality training to suppliers (when necessary) to fulfill quality requirements.
职责：
1. 新供应商的审核、评估、批准。
2. 定期审核并监督供应商的产品质量，跟踪改进计划的实施。
3. 与进料检验、采购、工程团队合作，主导供应商样件质量评估和审批。
4. 协助客户解决供应商质量问题导致的产品问题
5. 必要时对供应商进行培训以使其达到质量要求

Requirement:
1. 5~10 years’ experience in welding/Aluminum casting/stamping and related processes.
2. Good at English for writing and speaking
3. Good at software of words and excel and statistical tools.
4. Experience/knowledge about compressors and pneumatic tools is preferred
5. Know the APQP and PPAP methodology
6. Problem solving oriented, able to lead/persuade supplier to give effective solution.
7. Knowledge of purchasing logic and engineering logic and processes is preferred
8. Have experience of QC tools for product quality evaluation and quality trend analysis.
9. Experience of CPK, FMEA, R&R will be a plus.

2. 英语听说读写熟练
3. 掌握办公软件及统计工具
4. 有压缩机和气动工具经验者优先
5. 了解APQP和PPAP
6. 善于解决问题，能够推动供应商提供解决方案
7. 了解采购和工艺部门流程者优先
8. 了解产品质量评估需要的QC工具和质量分析经验者优先
9. 有CPK, FMEA, R&R经验更佳
