职位描述：
Merchandising follow-up:
o Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample, development and production tracking
o Coordinate order placement process
o To negotiate prices according to Co-Eff targets based on open cost sheets with review price details.
o To negotiate the best conditions on delivery date and quality
o To follow up on order status and foreseeable risks within production process, and minimizes problems
o To follow up on order status to ensure delivery date and quality are achieved
o To help and coordinate with Accounting Team.
o Coordinates sample dispatch to Europe/supplier
o Follow up on administrative work in production process(documentation, date entry, inspection files, etc)

Suppliers’ management:
o To communicate and coordinate all production related topics with suppliers
o Communicates order details and requirements to factories and parties concerned, managers production process properly to meet quantity. Quality. Order specifications and delivery date as per requirements
o Coordinates logistics, inspections, documents where necessary
o To proactively identify all production related problems, further pro-active work with suppliers on possible solutions-with feed back to line manager,

Towards HQ team:
o To communicate with PM/buyers in Europe on all production related topics within the assigned product group
o To coordinate and take active role during buyers/PM’s visit
o To build and Maintain a solid working relationship and communication flow with all key Vendors, HO, connected offices and all other supplier chain partners, further support training of Vendors.

Towards Management:
o To report to the Senior Merchandiser on an ongoing basis
o To be assigned specific missions as a required by Management
o To follow and ensure the respect of Orsay Company Policies, General delivery instructions, code of practice etc. internal and external & feedback any non-conformity.

Requirement：
o Related major preferred (Textile / International Trade)
o Around 5 years experience of merchandiser, at least 3 year for sweater product
o fluent in English, basic skills of office softwares
o detail oriented, can work under pressure
