职位描述：
工作职责：
1.负责接听客户对国内酒店产品的咨询电话，并按照流程帮助客户完成预订
2.联系酒店确认客人订单事宜，以及处理一些简单投诉


任职资格：
1.大专以上学历
2.普通话标准流利，谈吐礼貌，打字熟练
3.具有优良的服务意识和敬业精神，能够适应翻班制度
4.具有星级酒店、航空公司票台、呼叫中心等相关工作经验者优先
上班时间：每天工作8小时，有午休，有翻班，每周2天休息
