职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 辅助法律事务部处理公司法律事务。
2. 初步起草、审核、翻译合同及对外法律文书。
3. 搜集相关资料，查询公司遇到的法律问题，并给出初步处理意见。
4. 合同基础管理工作，每月更新文档等。
5. 公司使用的法律法规的识别和整理，及时根据新颁布的法律法规更新公司适用的法律，整理相关表格。
6. 协助梳理档案文件、诉讼证据材料。
7. 协助进行法律检索、备忘录起草。
8. 其他相关工作。
岗位要求：
1 法律相关专业本科，书面英语表达能力突出。
2 熟悉法律基础知识，具备合规材料审查能力。
3 英语能力优秀，具有较好的英语阅读和理解能力；熟练操作MS Word、Excel、Powerpoint等office软件。
4 大四或研究生在读优先，寒暑假可全职，开学后能保证3—4天全职优先考虑。
5 工作细心，认真负责，能够吃苦，具有较强的服务意识。
