职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：
1) Take responsibility of admin affair in BJ office, including answering the phones, taking messages and greeting guests;
2) As Director's instruction to complete all tasks on time;
3) In charge of attendence management;
4) Assist HR to optimize the personnel procedures to ensure all personnel procedures go on smoothly;
5) Be responsible for financial reimbursement;
6) Other daily work what assigned by leader.

Job Requirements：
1)Study in HRM or relevant major;
2)Sound knowledge and skills in HRM. Know well about local and state labor laws and regulations;
3)Strong ability in organizing and prioritizing project;
4)Fluent English and Chinese both in oral and written;
5)Conversant in MS Office application.
