职位描述：
一、职位描述：
1、产品设计阶段评审，通过moldflow分析确定原材料、外观、结构及生产成本评估；
2、通过moldflow分析优化壁厚，加强筋、确定浇口位置及数量；
3、在模具设计评审阶段分析优化浇注系统、冷却系统及排气；
4、详细描述模拟分析结果，问题点及建议改善方案；
5、追踪实际生产情况，并与理论进行对比，对有重大改善的方案做案例追踪报告；
6、建立和完善moldflow数据库，包括注塑机参数模型，流道模型，材料库模型，以及收藏各种模流分析相关案例和资料；
7、负责模具成本评估及对外报价等！

二、岗位要求
1、大专及以上学历，机械、模具、高分子材料及成型专业；
2、一年以上moldflow分析经验，精通常用的热塑性塑料的性能，熟悉注塑工艺，有现场试模经验优先；
3、良好的沟通协调能力，英语良好；
4、熟练应用Moldflow软件及办公软件，熟悉catia、 UG、Auto CAD，熟悉对外报价沟通及联系事宜等；
5、有较强的责任心和分析解决问题的能力，工作态度严谨等。
