岗位职责：
1. 提出详细而精确的现场安全和质量计划。
To produce specific on site safety/quality plans;
2. 保证和HSE的政策相一致。
To ensure compliance with our HSE policy;
3. 书写详细而精确的质量方案报告和风险评估报告。
To write specific safety and quality method statements and risk assessments;
4. 执行现场安全稽核（包括运作和现场安全行政程序）。
To carry out Site Safety audits for both operational and site safety admin procedures;
5. 承担已订计划的管理体系和现场稽核。
To undertake programmed management system and site audits;
6. 参加日常的现场安全会议。
To attend regular site safety meetings;
7. 监控和帮助承包商达到法规和公司政策的要求。
To monitor and assist sub-contractors to meet legislation and company policy;
8. 协助项目经理处理日常问题，和顾客参加会议保证行动要点的执行。
To assist Project Manager with day to day problems, attend meetings with clients and ensure implementation of action points;
9. 为工厂和每月管理会议写出健康和安全报告。
To produce the Health and Safety Report for the Board Meeting and the Monthly Management Meeting;
10. 领导和建立ISO9000，ISO14000和安全管理体系。
To lead and set up management systems ISO9000, ISO 14000 and safety management system;
11. 维持和更新质量和安全管理体系。
To maintain and update Quality and Safety management systems;
12. 准备和引导内部质量、环境、安全在全公司范围内的稽核，正确的执行行动和接下来的改进措施。
To prepare and conduct internal Quality, Environment, Safety audits company wide, and follow-up on the corrective actions and continues improvement;
13. 关于空气、水、固体废料和员工的健康安全符合政府调整的标准。
Ensure compliance with Governmental Regulatory Agencies relating to Air, Water, Solid Waste and Employee Health and Safety;
14. 计划和执行有效的安全方案和培训。
Plan and implement effective Safety Programs and Training;
15. 通过减少员工伤亡和员工赔偿费用来论证安全方案的有效性。
Demonstrate Safety Program effectiveness through reductions in employee injuries and reduction in workers' compensation costs;
16. 发展和维持书面的QSHE程序。
Develop and maintain written procedures related to Q.S.H.E;
17. 和生产及销售市场部进行沟通，保证危险原料的运输。
Interface with Production and Sales/Marketing Departments to assure compliance with Hazardous Materials Transportation;
18. 和生产部门联系来发展和维持MSDS。
Interface with Production Department to develop and maintain MSDS;
19. 控制设备、机器和安全设备的检查。
Manage the inspection of facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations;
20. 指挥空气质量的测试、噪音的测试和其它环境状况的测试，以保证其符合健康和安全规定。
Conduct and/or direct the testing of air quality, noise, and other environmental conditions to verify compliance with health and safety regulations;
21. 负责受伤工人案件的管理，以符合法律的赔偿标准。
Manage Injured Workers' cases within the requirements of Workers' Compensation Law;
22. 提供显著的领导来维持安全和健康计划。
Provide visible leadership to sustain Health and Safety Program;

任职资格：
1.学士学位，主修化学或环境科学
Bachelor degree or above in Chemical, environmental science;
2.至少5年的工作经验，熟悉ISO9000和ISO14000和相关的安全管理体系
At least 5 years experiences and familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000 & relevant safety management system;
3.有化工厂工作经验
Chemical plant experience is required
4.最好有建筑安全管理经验
Construction safety management experience is preferred.
5.良好的英语和计算机应用能力
Good command of English and good PC skill;
6.具有团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力和协调能力
Team player with good communication and cooperation skill;
7.有与外籍员工沟通的能力
Interpersonal skills in multi-lingual, -cultural,-national environment.
8.具有相关的资质证书优先考虑
Relevant certificate is preferred.

In March 2003, SCIP SITA Waste Services Co., Ltd. (SCIP-SWS) was established as a joint venture between Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Company and SITA. SITA becomes a 100% owned subsidiary of Suez Environment since September 2008. Suez Environment, with a professional workforce of 161 000, is one of the largest environmental technology providers in the world. Suez Environment experts are transferring best practices and know-how in process engineering, operation and management.

2006年5月，上海化学工业区升达废料处理有限公司顺利通过了国家环保总局的专家评审，是上海取得国家环保总局颁发的危险废物经营许可证的单位，处理能力为60 000吨/年，拥有2条回转窑生产线，SCIP SWS的目标是24小时的连续操作并向客户提供全年不间断的有效接收。

In May 2006, SCIP SWS successful passed the audit from the experts of State Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and became the only one company who was certificated by SEPA in Shanghai. SCIP SWS operates a 60 000T/Y incineration plant with 2 identical incineration lines. Our goal is to provide 24 hours’ continuous operation and uninterrupted, year-round service for the reception of all acceptable wastes.

The plant has been designed to treat incoming waste of a wide cross-section of physical properties and packaging. To ensure a complete and seamless service cycle, the incineration plant is backed up by a first class laboratory and a fleet of special vehicles. Recognizing that the emission standard and degree of enforcement in Shanghai are improving and evolving rapidly, the SCIP SITA incinerator is equipped with an Off-gas Emission Control System designed to EU standards rather than the current national requirement in China. Meanwhile, our Energy Recover System helps reduce the consumption of natural resources such as gas, coal and oil, which is accordant to the principle of circular economy.

When commissioned in the middle of 2006, it will be the largest state-of-the-art commercial hazardous waste incineration plant in Asia serving not only occupants at SCIP, but also the booming chemical industry in the vicinity desperately in need of outlets for the industrial wastes that they produce.
