KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and control the sales budget and sales
forecasts while achieving a high degree of sales plan accuracy.

制定并完成相应的销售计划，对所在区域的业务发展制定合理可行的方案

Actively explore new customers and sales opportunities, and strengthen relation with
customers through total customer account management.

能够通过不同的销售策略，最大化的实现公司的业绩和利益

Identify new opportunities, promote and sell value added service and solutions to end
customers in various industrial groups.

识别机会，促进和销售增值服务；解决终端客户在不同的工业领域的需求

Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to
identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business.

市场信息的收集、整理；竞争对手在市场发展策略分析，并制定相应对策

Co-work with other functional
department internally to make sure customer demand is fully satisfied.

能与其他职能部门通力合作，使得整个供应体系高效运转

Take on additional responsibilities that may
be assigned by the Company from time to time

配合公司需要，随时承担公司委派的其他任务

REQUIRED
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

理工学士及以上学位

At least 5 years working experience in machinery area

5年以上工业领域工作经验

With sales experience in State
group is preferred

大型国企工作经验优先

Fluent spoken and written English

流利的口语和书面英语

Willing to travel up country and
visit industrial customers

乐意出差 拜访客户

Good analytical skills and able
to identify business opportunities

良好的沟通能力以及团队合作能力

Service-minded, self-motivated and ambitious
