职位描述：
Sweater Merchandiser

Responsibilities:
ORDER TRACKING
- Take full responsibility from developing ,order received till the goods shipped.
- Analyze the order upon receipt together with sales manager
- Work actively with the samples together with
- Prepare and send samples to suppliers or customers
- Work actively with risk assessment on fabric and sample quality tests and communicate with suppliers.
- Keep track of suppliers production plan to ensure on time delivery.
- Keep close contact with the suppliers to know status of orders at all times
- Be proactive and initiatives to solve problems in the production.
- Secure deadlines to ensure on time delivery.
SOURCING
- source yarn supplier and may help knitting factory or customers find available and correct yarn .
- Development samples process. swatch Garment Sample Development: To identify and develop swatch and monitor sample production to meet sales manager and buyers’ requirements
COSTING
- help sales manager negotiation of price, payment terms, deliveries etc.
COMMUNICATION
- Create a good relationship with buyers and assistant buyers in office. Understand their needs and act accordingly.
- Prepare & participate together with the sale manager to the development & negotiation meetings with buyers etc.
- Work and strengthen cooperation with QC teams/suppliers to ensure bulk products meet specification/quality standard, negotiate claims etc.
REPORTING
- Prepare & follow WIP
- Update daily ”production status”.

Requirements:
- College or Above. Preferable major in sweater business at least 5 years .
 - Familiar with garment testing standard and inspection standard.
- With sound knowledge of garment production on knit.
- Business minded and interest in fashion.
- Be aggressive, organized, self-motivated, pro-active, hard-working and good performance under pressure.
 - A team player.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Willing to travel nationally regularly
- Good command of Excel, Word, PPT and so on for office software.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin in both written and oral
