Job Responsibilities:
1. Receive order from customer, check all information (include price / delivery time...etc) and communicate with both customer and HQ, place order with mill and follow up the order status.
收到客人订单，核实订单信息(包括价格，交期等）并发送到美国总部，下单给工厂，跟踪整个订单的流程直到顺利出货
2. After place order with mill, follow up with order production/ quality / delivery.
下单到工厂之后，及时跟踪订单生产/品质/交期。
3. Proper deal with all kinds of Customer inquiry.
及时且适当的处理客人的询问
4. Maintenance of customer database.
维护客人信息
5. Track order daily and keep all info correct and organized.
每天跟踪订单情况，及时完成销售月报和订单表格
6. Responsible for VAT invoice issuing and keep good record on VAT invoice and system data match.
团队成员负责开取增值税发票，保证增值税发票的金额和我司系统中的金额数字一致。

职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，有相关经验者优先。
2. 英语日常书写熟练，流畅。可以进行简单口语交流者更佳。
3. 良好的沟通能力，学习能力，较强的工作责任心， 诚实，有毅力，有团队意识，能在压力下独立开展工作。
4. 性格沉稳，逻辑性强，对企业忠诚。
5. 了解简单财务原理者更佳。
