We’re looking for a talented Business Development/Project Manager who is driven by challenges to help TMG Worldwide develop innovative mini-programs on WeChat to join our team. WHAT WE WANT
TMG Worldwide is looking for a talented Junior Business Development/Project Manager who is responsible for liaising with potential clients, finding potential client leads, managing existing projects from original concept through final implementation for projects involving Web and Mobile products. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects on an ongoing and regular basis and be responsible for project planning, maintaining project status, project risk mitigation, and issue resolution. They will work on developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects, communicating project status and issues to the team and management. Your contributions will ensure the best possible user experience for everyone who uses our WeChat apps 24 hours a day, every day of the year, all over the world.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
? Communicate and liaise with potential clients and leads
? Expand and acquire new customers
? Work alongside the sales team and senior project managers, providing necessary support.
? Will communicate effectively, foster teamwork, and lead the team towards project delivery
? Will develop project timeline and project cost estimates
? Will prepare project status reports to keep project team, management, and stakeholders informed of project status and issues.
? Will consult with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand objectives and prioritize business goals and deliverables related to projects
? Will develop process improvement plans, project documentation, and client facing documentation
? Will develop project charters and specifications
? Will update priorities, develop project work schedules, and monitor progress towards goals
? Will work closely with UI/UX design, development, and QA teams through the full production cycle
? Will anticipate delays, identify problems and work pro-actively to minimize impact
? Will work on multiple projects and ensure that the project deliverables are on time at the required level of quality
? Will facilitate kickoff and status meetings, documenting meetings notes and posting them on the project board

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
? Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
? Must have 1+ year's experience in project management and/or relevant sales

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
? Should have a strong understanding web site development and creative design process
? Should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills
? Should have excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills, and ability to influence cross-functionally
? Should have strong technical and analytical skills
? Should be a team-player, positive attitude and flexible
? Should be able to manage multiple projects at the same time in fast paced environment
? Should be able to work effectively with minimal supervision
? Should have experience with Mobile products desired
? Should have the ability to work effectively in a team and across departments to sell ideas and manage resources
? Should have a high degree of honesty and integrity
? Familiar with project management tools and prototype development tools
