职位描述：
General purpose of position:
--Perform a wide variety of activities in the Quality Assurance department to support both strategic initiatives associated with the Quality Management System, and daily tactical activities related to material Quality.
负责质量部日常检验工作，确保原材料进料，装配过程，测试及最终产品符合公司质量要求

Description of duties and responsibilities:
--Use methods and setups to inspect purchased parts
根据检验方法和ERP系统设置，对采购零件进行检验
--Measure angular dimensions, radii contours, clearances, threads, surface finishes, and other mechanical measurements
测量角度尺寸，弧度，间距，螺纹，表面处理和其他机械测量
--Follow up in process inspection according to BTU mechanical and electric workmanship requirement
对产品进行过程检验,确保装配质量符合BTU机械及电气工艺要求
--Perform quality final inspection to ensure product meeting BTU test specification. Authorized permission to release product
对设备进行最终质量验收，确保产品符合BTU测试规范, 授权对产品进行符合性验证并放行
--To assist engineer on quality improvement initiative
协助工程师进行产品质量持续改进
--Assist in MRB meetings and keep a track of assignments and actions
协助MRB小组对所执行的任务和行动进行跟踪
--Updating and maintenance of Quality / Inspection records
更新和维持质量检验记录

Skills and abilities needed for this position:
--Able to use measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauge blocks, dial indicators, height gauges, thread gauges, and specialized fixtures or devices
能熟练使用常用检验工具，如百分表，千分表，卡尺，止通规，高度规等
--Ability to interpret drawings for mechanical, electrical, welding, and labeling requirements
能熟练理解机械电气工程图纸及技术要求
--Familiar with ISO 9001 requirements, corrective action systems, and internal and external auditing
了解ISO9001质量管理体系，能参与内外部审核及持续改善活动
--Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
能够与公司各部门进行沟通
--Knowledge of mechanical and electric workmanship requirement for industrial equipment
了解工业设备的机械及电气装配工艺要求

Education and training needed for this position:
--College degree in Mechatronic or equivalent
大专以上机电一体化工程学历
--Knowledge of Statistical Process Control
掌握基本统计过程控制方法
--Mechanic and electric inspection experience
具有机电一体化工业设备品管经验
--Internal auditing experience/training
经过内审员培训
