职位描述：
Job Description – Site Manager
1. Analyse project needs and requirements in measureable goals, report any deficiencies and made recommendation to fix them.
2. Follow project timetable, costs budget strictly to ensure successful, effective, high-quality accomplishment of project.
3. Act as a site manager within project teams, considering not only the technical skills of each person, but also the critical roles between team members, report project status to project management.
4. Strive to maintain the progress and mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of failure, maximizes benefits, and restricts costs.
5. Represent Coperion at customer site professionally in order to achieve full customer satisfaction, monitor and control the processes performed to observe project execution and identify potential problems in a timely manner and take corrective action.
6. Apply and monitor EHS regulations on site.
7. Submit formal acceptance certificate and archive files and documents on server, post implementation review so that project members can learn from experiences and apply to future projects.
8. Conduct on-site service for all Coperion equipment. Responsibility comprises maintenance, installation, start-up, commissioning, trouble-shooting, claim management, and training.
9. Promote spare parts and service agreements in conjunction with on-site activities
10. Willingness to travel frequently inside and outside of China, being able to work under difficult condition and be flexible to work overtime and on weekends.

Requirements:
1.Graduated from College or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with strong mechanical background
2.Above 5 years relevant working experience in site service of mechanical engineering or machinery for chemical/ petrochemical plants. 2 years as site manager. Experience in bulk material components and systems as well as project management are preferred.
3.Ability to independently analyze problems on site. Customer solutions shall be proposed and carried out in close communication with the Service and Order Handling department.
4.Strong communication skills, result-oriented and with team-spirited, initiative working attitude and high motivation.
5.Willingness to travel frequently, being able to work under difficult condition and be flexible to work overtime and on weekends.
6.Chinese (native) and good English language skills, both in speaking and writing are mandatory.

我们的工作时间为周一至周五 8：30-17：00，并提供多条线路班车。(莘庄，普陀，松江）
