职位描述：

We are an Australian owned Shanghai based company dealing in workwear and corporate uniforms.

Our office is located in Changning district of Shanghai, 5 minutes walk from Line 2 Metro station Songhong Lu
Our customers are mainly in Australia and New Zealand and we buy garments from factories n Hubei province,

Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Fujian.

The company operates as a trading company buying finished product from factories around China.

We are looking for an experienced quality controller to handle the following main functions;

1. Communicating with the factories regarding order status to plan in-line and final inspections.

2. Helping the merchandisers with sample approvals

3. Visiting factories for in-line inspection and final inspection. Guiding them with how to achieve the required quality and plan production in time to meet customer delivery.

4. Translating findings into an English report, to send to customers whenever required.

Should have the following at least 3 years experience in garments and have the following capabilities;

1. Should know how to measure garments and be technical to suggest solutions to the factories to fix issues with patterns and production.

2. Should know how to conduct inspections according to AQL standards.

3. Should be able to read documents in English and write QC reports in basic English.

4. Should be willing to travel to factories frequently all around China

5. Should be flexible in his/her approach to understand the needs of the business.

6. Should be able to interact effectively with the factories, so the work can get done and we receive full support from the factories.

7. Should be a team player and work effectively as part of them team.

8. Someone from a workwear or uniforms background will be an asset.
