JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: HR Intern, Learning & Development

Reports to: Manager HR, Learning & Development/Talent Management/Project, JV Integration Program

Working Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

1. Follow up the training arrangement
2. L&D Data Management
3. PO Issue and Follow up
4. Daily routine Training Support

Requirement:

1. Prefer currently undertaking postgraduate’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Marketing, Economics and Finance.
2. Fluent English in writing and conversation (English Level CET6)
3. Strong accountability, detail-oriented
4. Available 3 days a week
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
