Responsibilities:

1. Lead the business developer team
领导销售部门
2. Assist the general manager in planning and executing the sales strategy
协助总经理制定销售规划和执行销售策略
3. Drive new business growth to achieve set targets
推动销售业务增长，以达到既定目标
4. Build a portfolio of prospects
发掘潜在客户，分析并建立其相关销售价值
5. Follow sales process and ensure appropriate attention to each phase
遵循相关流程，确保每阶段的适当变化
6. Record sales activities and review with General Manager
记录相关销售活动
7. Maintain frequent client contact ratio to drive successful level of renewals
维护现有客户关系，维持较高的续约率
8. Perform ad hoc project assigned by the General Manager
执行上级安排的其他相关职责

Requirements:
岗位需求：
1. Position based in Shanghai, travels may be required time to time
工作地点: 上海，根据业务需要可能会安排出差
2. 5 years` sales experience, and successful in managing a sales team
5年有相关销售经验以及成功的管理销售团队经历
3. Strong business acumen
具有敏锐的商业头脑
4. Insurance knowledge preferred in particular in international health insurance
具有丰富保险经验，尤其精通国际健康险方面知识
5. Relevant contacts and connections
拥有相关的联系人及联系方式
6. Chinese native, fluent English spoken and written, German, French and other languages a plus
熟练掌握英语口语及书写，掌握普通话、德语、法语或其他语言者更佳
7. Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
熟练运用Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point等办公软件
8. Self-motivated, go getter attitude, able to work under pressure to achieve targets
