Position Focus: Social media (80%)
                               Communications (20%)

Job Description:
? Take the leadership of establishing Lear’s social media strategy in Asia - localized solutions for each country and in line with global principle.
? Promote Lear’s position of global leading supplier of Automotive Seating and E-Systems internally and externally through social media, e.g. Wechat.
? Manage the vendor and well coordinate with internal functional teams/plants to upgrade Lear wechat, including design, planning, information collecting, content developing, posting, reporting, etc.
? Creatively and aggressively manage innovative ideas to extend Lear social media platforms.
? Support other possible marketing or communication tasks.

Qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above, automotive / marketing background preferred
? 3-5 years’ experience focusing on social media / digital marketing field
? Strong planning, communication and program management skills
? Creative thinking, excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English
? Good team player
