职位描述：
Qualifications职位要求:
-College and above graduated, major in food science, chemistry or microbiology;
大专以上学历，食品科学、化学、微生物及相关专业；
-Lab experience in performing analyses;
实验室分析检测经验；
-3-5 years related working experience, preferably in food industry or pharmaceutical industry;
3-5年相关工作经验，食品或医药行业更佳；
-Good technical background with lab management skills, knowledge of GMP,HACCP is preferable;
良好的实验室管理经验，有GMP、HACCP知识更佳；
-Good oral and written English;
良好的英语口语和书写能力；
-Responsible, hard working with passion, good communication skill, team work spirit, open-minded, optimistic, orderly, flexible, good learning ability.
有责任心，工作积极主动，较强的学习和沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神，开明的思想、乐观、有条理、灵活变通；

Main Responsibilities主要职责:
-Perform lab management to ensure Chem./Phy. And micro. Lab routine job completion in time;
执行、合理安排实验室管理工作确保理化、微生物等实验室日常工作按时完成；
-Perform daily micro, analysis of raw materials, finished product assigned by -Supervisor, and ensure these tasks are accompleted in time;
完成领导分配的原料、成品微生物分析工作，确保这些工作按时完成；
-Strictly comply to all internal and external Safety Health and Environment regulations and /or requirement;
严格遵循内部和外部安全健康和环境的法规和/或要求；
-To be assigned to odd function from time to time as the need arises;
必要时完成非日常职能工作；
-Maintain good laboratory practices in general lab;
维护良好实验室规范；
-Monitor on-line lab operation;
监控在线实验室运行；
-Communicate with NQAC lab and other factory's lab for outsourcing lab management
与中心实验室或其他工厂实验室联系进行外包实验室管理
-Take care of quality elements under job responsibility;
担负和处理工作职责下的质量要素；
-As backup of lab leader and provide support when needed;
作为实验室负责人的后援，需要时提供支持；
-Other tasks as instructed by immediate superior.
上级领导安排的其他工作。
