职位描述：
The company Shanghai DNK New Materials Technology & co., Ltd with their factory in Qingpu is developing, manufacturing and selling sports goods, medical devices and aircraft in-cabin structures in carbon fiber material for their worldwide customers. Currently we are looking for a Director Research and Development that is joining our team.
Job Description 岗位描述
? Manage the Research and Development team, develop samples and make them ready for the serial production
? Work closely together with the Marketing and Sales department to identify, develop and improve the carbon fiber products (based on customer requirements and own developments)
? Assure that all technical customer requirements are understood and taken into consideration
? Assure that all industrial requirements are fulfilled, such as but not reduced to stress requirements, surface requirements, material requirements and safety requirements
? Assure the proper selection of suitable materials
? Assure a product design that meets markets expectations
? Simulate the product performance (FEA)
? Planning and manufacturing of carbon fiber product samples and serial products according to the manufacturing process and customer’s specifications. The composite assembly may involve metal bond, sheet metal details, other metallic or carbon fiber riveting and threaded fasteners
? First article inspection and management of configuration changes
? Identify design and engineering problems, provide recommendations and initiate corrective action to ensure parts are in line with quality standards and production requirements
? Test materials and structures
? Create accurate and controlled files and specifications
? Support the exchange of technical information with suppliers and customers
? Provide continuous process improvement and train the team
? Support further business development and grow the knowledge network
Job Requirements 岗位要求
? Master or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics or similar
? Strong knowledge of carbon fiber materials
? Manufacturing and assembly experience with carbon fiber structures
? Experience in at least one of the following industries: aviation, medical devices, sport goods - bicycles
? Experience in setting up and improving manufacturing, testing equipment and fixtures with a “hands-on” mentality
? Professional English and Chinese language skills
