职位描述：
Andersen Kids Academy(AKA) is a China-America cooperative learning center for children who are 2 years old to 6 years old. All the foreign teachers are native English speakers with TEFL or TESOL certificates, and all the Chinese teachers are majored in Early Childhood Education with Chinese teaching certificates. Our textbooks are combined with American textbooks and Chinese kindergarten teaching contents. Moreover, teachers from America will come and train our foreign teachers in order to ensure the quality of teaching. Our supervisor is a very experienced teacher who will in charge of the training of all the Chinese teachers.

Kindergarten director
1.Job Responsibilities
 - responsible for the overall management of kindergartens, presided over the whole park work;
 - presided over the formulation of the whole garden work plan and regulations;
 - regular assessment of kindergarten staff, and make a reasonable assessment;
 - a comprehensive grasp of the whole garden staff thinking dynamics, carry out regular business learning;
 - regularly carry out parents' meetings, display educational achievements, publicize family education methods, listen to the opinions of parents, and improve the quality of school running;
 - preparatory work in kindergarten.

2.The candidate is required to possess the following requirements:
 - large kindergarten management experience is preferred. Fluent English is preferred
 - college degree or above, more than 5 years of kindergarten management experience;
 - Familiar with the characteristics of early childhood education at home and abroad, familiar with the operation of the preschool industry and related laws and regulations, honest and dedicated, with good pioneering spirit and team work spirit;
 - to mobilize the enthusiasm of teaching staff, good at relying on and mobilization of parents, communities and other aspects of the power to participate in kindergarten construction.

岗位职责：
1、负责幼儿园的全面管理，主持全园工作，能熟练的和外国教师沟通；
2、主持制定全园的工作计划和规章制度；
3、定期对幼儿园工作人员考核并做出合理评估；
4、全面掌握全园职工的思想动态，开展经常性业务学习；
5、定期开展家长会，展示教育成果，宣传家教方法，听取家长意见，提高办学质量；
6、幼儿园前期的筹备工作。
任职要求：
1、有大型国际幼儿园管理经验者优先；英语流利者优先
2、大专及以上学历，3年以上幼儿园管理经验；
3、熟悉国内外幼儿教育发展特点，熟悉幼教行业运营情况及相关法律法规，诚实敬业，具备良好的开拓创新和团队协作精神；
4、能调动教职工的积极性，善于依靠和动员家长，社区等各个方面的力量参与幼儿园建设。
