职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
? Develop and drive product design and strategies to meet business goals;
? Work closely with research/analyst team to proactively recommend product improvements and search for new trading products;
? Perform due diligence on new and existing products. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure the ideal balance between product profitability maximization and customer satisfaction;
? Keep abreast of market conditions and competitors offers to ensure the best customized and competitive products and offers are being marketed to the relevant segment of customers to sustain a continuous product growth and maintain competitiveness in the market;
? Support product launch related tasks such as product launch communication to relevant parties, sales document arrangement and product training;
? Deal with complex product related client complaint cases. Liaise with risk management, IT, Operation and external providers to find out the root cause and deliver reasonable solution;
? Maintain strong relationships with the Marketing teams to design, implement and monitor effective marketing campaigns for retail/institutional products;
? Conduct periodic reviews to ensure all product related documentation and procedure are updated and well recorded;
Job Requirements:
? University degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline;
? Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in Financial Service industry;
? Problem solving mind and skills;
? Be able to work under pressure;
? Fluent spoken English;
? Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentational skills;
