职位要求
大专或以上学历
在制造业QC职位上任职至少2年(紧固件行业经验优先)
工作认真、细心、动手能力强，有良好的团队合作精神

工作内容
对产品进行机械和外观检查，确保其符合检验规范的所有要求。并填写检验记录
发现不合格批次后填写不合格报告给SQE并通知仓库，同时用红单进行标识隔离
操作各种检查设备( 投影仪、硬度计、游标卡尺、千分尺 等)
整理归档各种质量检查记录
整理批次不合格报告和月度更新供应商质量绩效数据
开展日常5S清洁整理活动，保持工作现场和设备清洁
确保相关化学品的使用，存储和处理符合环境，健康和安全的要求

其它要求
能熟练使用各种检验设备
熟练使用微软办公软件

     Qualifications
? College or above
? Preferably with 2 years experience in a QC role in a manufacturing environment, fastener industry desirable
? Be responsible, careful, motive & good cooperation spirit

Responsibility
? Perform various mechanical and visual inspections on products to ensure that they fully meet with specifications, and fill the inspection record
? Make out Non-conformance Record (NCR) to SQE and inform warehouse when find any defect lot, labeling red card in thegoods accordingly
? Operate various inspection equipment( Projector、hardmeter、Caliper、Micrometer etc.)
? Archived various quality inspection records
? Summarize the Lot Reject Rate report and monthly update supplier quality performance record
? Doing routine 5S housekeeping and maintenance to take care of work area and equipment
? Make sure use, storage and disposal of related chemicals disposal accords with requirements of environment, health and safety

Other Required Skills
? Be familiar with various inspection equipments
? Be familiar with Microsoft office
