MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
岗位职责

? Fully responsible for the daily operation of the bar
负责整个酒吧的日常运作
? Ensure the quality standard of all the beverage production including cocktails, mocktails, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and coffees.
确保所有鸡尾酒, 无酒精鸡尾酒, 软饮, 酒精饮料及咖啡的质量符合餐厅标准
? Prepare monthly P&L report of the bar and report to Restaurant Manager
每月为餐厅经理准备酒吧损益报表
? Responsible for staff training and management of the bar
负责酒吧人员的管理与培训
? Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the products offered and the selling techniques
全面了解所有产品的说明和销售方式
? Responsible for staff arrangement for stock management, regular orders, receiving and storing
负责调动相关人员, 对库存进行管理，定期订货、接货、存储
? Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage effectively
监督运营用品和设备的使用，成功降低损坏和浪费
? Ensure a safe, clean and tidy working environment in the bar
确保工作环境及周围区域时刻保持清洁有序
? Participate in the production and renewal of the beverage lists
参与酒单制作与更新
? Create new cocktails and mocktails according to the trend and the brand image.
根据潮流及品牌形象创作新的鸡尾酒及无酒精鸡尾酒
? Make all kind of beverage according to guest’s orders.
根据客人的点单，制作各种饮料。
? Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to Restaurant Manager
迅速、有效、礼貌的处理客人诉求，同时汇报给餐厅经理
