Job Title: Account Manager
Report to: Managing Partner and Business Development Director- Thibault Boiron
Main Contacts: Clients, internal production departments, external partners, vendors.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
General scope
? Directly attached to Thibault Boiron (Managing Partner and Business Development Director) you will have in charge a portfolio of customers to manage.
? You will ensure that altima° will always deliver on time and with the best quality to our customers. You will help your customers to build their roadmap and ensure that altima’s revenue will grow.
? You will actively participate to pre-sales working closely with production team to deliver winning proposals.
? All account managers within altima° are involved in sales but are not expected to do proactive BD on non-existing clients. You have sales target which are reached with existing clients (renew / cross-sell / up-sell) and new clients (new business).
Consulting
? Deliver pro-active consulting to our customers to generate needs.
? Ensure that the needs of customers are well understood by our production and marketing team and deliver proper consulting internally.
Sales and offer
? Lead pre-sales and create internal organization with production team in order to win.
? Prepare final presentation and quotation with materials received from different expertises.
? Ability to generate sales.
? Through network.
? By participating with team and management to some events.
Account Management
? As the first point of contact of our customers, you will create a relation based on trust and transparency.
? You will take care of their needs and happiness on a regular basis (basis defined for each customers). Satisfaction of your portfolio will be monitored though Net Promoter Score.
? You will organize steering committees, lead them and prepare document.
? You will allow to understand how our customers are organized internally and advise how to align our organization.
? You will ensure that our team deliver in time and quality.
? You will always commit to answer on a short time to any question of our customers.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
? 1-4 years’ professional working experience as account management, sales, or business development role. The tile will adapt to the seniority, 1-2 years as Account Executive, 3-4 years as Account Manager.
? Digital or ecommerce sector knowledge and experience are mandatory.
? You are a problem solver with ability to think positively.
? Be a team player and an example for the team.
? You never stop to learn and you always share your knowledge with the team.
? Ensuring excellent communication and collaboration between all internal and external team members.
