Responsibilities:
- Work with Compliance Manager / Senior Auditor to write up audit reports /
documents to the standard and detailed requirement(e. g. gap analysis, etc) for
customers
- Responsible for the regular check of customer codes of practice and ensure
Solent auditors are aware of the changes to the existing practices and also new
codes of practices which may be relevant
- Upload audit corrective actions onto customer databases in timely and
professional manner – ensuring non conformances are closed off but also action
plans are put in place to help prevent a re-occurrence
- Work with assigned factories to finish corrective actions according to time plan
and upload relevant evidences to customers or public platform, e.g. Sedex
system
- Conduct Solent initial supplier audit with Compliance Manager / Senior Auditor
or independently
- Ensure factories are aware of Solent supplier requirements and Solent policies
for example bribery policy, sub-contracting policy. Issue policies and file factory
signed agreements. Regularly review and update factory acknowledgement
- Under guidance help prepare the factory before customer formal audit with
Compliance Manager / Senior Auditor or independently
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, 2 years experience in relevant area
- Good communication, good English, work proactively, action not debate,
awareness of Western retailer expectations
