？ Around 100 rejection cases follow up per year, including curative action plans, root cause analysis, and long term preventive & corrective action plans

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责
？ Lead Homologation Lab and QC inspection team to conduct reliable inspection; Full responsibility
？ Ensure the test equipment maintenance and calibration in QC and homologation lab; Full responsibility
？ Perform all necessary analysis to remove ambiguous situations; Full responsibility
？ Clarify the control standards and test methods to the Quality inspection team; Full responsibility
？ Take the leadership to manage suppliers identified as critical, in order to define the appropriate strategy and actions that will lead to supplier’s quality level improvement Full responsibility
？ Define curative actions following the detection of a non-conformity, to ensure availability of good pieces in line with planning needs; Shared with Planning Team
？ Follow up curative actions in order to minimize the blocked stocks; Shared with Planning Team
？ Make sure suppliers provide root cause analysis and implement action plans after each non-conformity (visiting suppliers when necessary); Full responsibility
？ Provide accurate supplier evaluation by analyzing the quality records and push suppliers for concrete improvement action plans; Full responsibility
？ Analyze and challenge the current inspection plans in order to update them and improve our ability to detect non-conformities. Shared with Industrialization Team
