职位描述：
Responsibilities：
?MRP system implementation and coordination for new product in Shanghai facility
?MRP issue resolve and error fix through working with IT, US team and consultant
?Business flow improvement in SCM base on MRP requirements
?Supporting team to do product transfer and getting all related purchasing task transferred on time to support mass production
?Performing standard material planning activities to ensure the timely and accurate supply of the material for manufacturing
?PR & PO releasing and delivery follow-up, supplier payment etc.
?Material inventory management to meet the turn target
?Keeping good communication and relationship with US team for material supply
?Supplier performance management and monitoring to improve
?Working with SQE to fix the material quality issue
?Slow-moving material disposal
?Special projects as requested

Qualifications：
?Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in engineering, international trade or business management
?Above 10 years relative experience in purchasing or supply chain management in MNC (Multi National Corporate)
?Have the experience for MRP launch and implementation in SCM field
?Have a good project management skill with successful project experience
?Have good negotiation and communication skills
?Quick learning
?Proactive, self-motivated, excellent cross department coordination skill and good command of cost control, strong sense of responsibility and a team player
?Honest and Integrity
?Strong time management skills and ability to handle high pressure work
?Good command of both Chinese & English(written and spoken).Can communicate with foreigner by English smoothly
?Microsoft Office operation( Excel, Word, PowerPoint is essential), MRP experience, Microsoft AX is a plus
