职位描述:
1. 执行《集团法律事务管理办法》以及公司的各项法务管理制度和工作流程;
2. 协助上级,确保《集团法律事务管理办法》的严格执行;
3. 完成关于公司事务的法律研究并解答各部门的法律咨询;
4. 审核及修改各类合同、协议和影响公司权利义务的重要函件,防止其中出现错误或有误导性的表述,对其中的法律风险作出提示;
5. 参与公司与第三方的谈判;
6. 联络和管理外聘律师;
7. 协助上级按时准备各项报告;遇突发事件时,及时向上级报告;
8. 协助业务部门处理公司各投保险种报案,协助业务部门与保险公司沟通协调并协助处理案件后续理赔进程;
9. 为业务部门提供基本的法律培训;
10. 参与诉讼前纠纷处理,完成证据收集及整理。按上级要求,主办诉讼或仲裁案件或委托外聘律师参与诉讼或仲裁案件,有效监督和评核律师工作,向上级就续聘或更换律师提出意见;
11. 从法律角度协助管理层处理各类重大、疑难纠纷、客诉和突发事件。
12. 承担公司及上级交办的其他工作。
要求:
1、全日制法律专业本科或以上学历;具备大学英语四级以上证书, 具有良好的中英文听、说、读与书写能力;
2、5年以上法院(民商事审判职位)、大型知名律师事务所民商法律师从业、大型跨国公司或房地产公司法律顾问工作经验优先;
3、具备全国法律职业资格证书(或法律职业资格或律师资格)优先;
4、具备良好的法律功底,熟练掌握民商(特别是民法、合同法、公司法、诉讼法、房地产及建筑相关法规)等法律法规,能熟练拟订相关法律文书与合同文本,能发现法律问题及风险并提出解决方案;
5、具有清晰的法律逻辑思维和良好的分析、处理、应变及沟通与协调能力,团队合作精神和团队协作能力,优秀的执行能力,独立工作能力和良好的学习能力;
6、口齿清晰,有较强的谈判能力,语言和文字表达能力;
7、工作态度积极、认真细致、条理清晰、逻辑严密、思维灵活。
