Main Duties
主要职责

？ 全面负责园区游泳馆救生工作及更衣室区域的卫生工作，礼貌劝阻泳客勿在池边跳水，追逐打闹或者非泳客进入泳池。
Responsible for rescuing work at the swimming pool and cleaning the ***/*** locker room up, politely dissuade customers from diving and chasing. Do not let non-swimmers enter in the swimming pool.
？ 救生员熟练CPR流程，必须持有效的上海救生协会颁发的救生证上岗，如证件过期须及时办理，如未及时办理须承担相应责任。
Familiar with Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation procedure, and conceive effective life rescuing certificate issued by Shanghai Life Insurance Association during the working hours. If the certificate expires, employee must apply for timely, or assume the corresponding responsibilities.
？ 每天开班前盘点更衣柜钥匙数量，开启更衣室游泳池内空调和照明，打开游泳池门，检查男女更衣室物品摆放，检查游泳池水质情况等，做好泳客领取钥匙登记工作，下班后检查所有区域，确定没有滞留客人后关闭游泳池及更衣室区域并盘点钥匙数量，在交接本上做好交接记录方可离开。
Daily before work should check the locker’s key quantities, turn on the air condition and lights in the swimming pool. Open the swimming pool's door, and put the items in the locker room neatly. Check water quality of the swimming pool, and register the usage of the locker's door. Off duty check all customers have left, inventory the quantities of locker, and make record.
？ 救生员上岗工作时严守工作纪律，在岗时不使用手机，不聊天，不会客，不看报纸杂志，不做与工作无关的事，上岗前八小时内不许饮酒，吃饭时间不允许超过半小时。
During the working hours observe the working discipline. It's forbidden to use the cell phone, chat, meet with visitors and read newspapers and magazines. Do not do any non-work related business. 8 hours before work prohibit from drinking. Dinner time should not be exceed half an hour.
？ 救生员在值班时间内不准脱岗，不下水教人游泳，池中只要有泳客，就需谨慎看护，不得大意，对于要在深水区游泳的客人需询问其游泳技能，如不熟练禁止其进入深水区。
During the working hours do not leave lifeguard's post, and forbidden to teach customer to swim. Must take care of swimmer carefully, especially swimmer in the profundal zone, lifeguard should ask the swimming skill and decide could go swimming or not.
？ 救生员上岗须着统一的工作服，坐在岗位上，备有救生器材，在负责的水面巡查，时刻牢记“安全第一”的原则，认真，负责，及时排除安全隐患。
Lifeguard should wear life jackets and sit on the lifeguard’s post. Responsible for the water patrolling. Always remember “safety first”, serious, responsible, timely eliminate hidden dangers.
？ 学生在学游泳期间配合教练对学生进行安全教育与管理。
When students study swimming, should assist coach to carry out the security education and management.
？ 对于任何工作上出现的问题须汇报给主管或经理。
Report any problems to manager in time. 对待工作有责任心、上进心
？ 执行筑桥高级管理层及上海挚心企业管理咨询有限公司领导层交办的合理任务和工作

Qualifications
任职资格
？ 持有上海市从业人员健康证。
Hold Shanghai Employees Health Certificate.
？ 持有上海市救生员协会颁发的初级或中级救生员证。
Hold a junior or intermediate lifeguard certificate issued by Shanghai lifeguard Association
？ 一年以上相关岗位从业经历。
One year related working experiences
？ 对待工作有责任心、上进心。
