职位描述：
As a member of the China KPMG Business School, the incumbent will play a key role in managing a portfolio of leadership and management skills programmes and projects in mainland China. To align the overall Learning and Development approach with Global KPMG Business School, s / he will need to identify training needs, formulate curriculum, design and deliver learning solutions for all staff up to managerial level.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire learning cycle – design, develop, deliver, evaluate learning solutions in response to business needs
- Provide advice to stakeholders and formulate curriculum and initiatives to meet business and people development needs for different functions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage projects, and develop local plans, budgets and schedules; support ad-hoc projects, initiatives and events
- Lead, coach and support direct reports and other team members

Experiences / attributes required
- University degree, preferably in human resources development, business management or other related disciplines
- At least 6 years' relevant experience in delivering management skills training, especially leadership and business skills in large organisations
- Strong people skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally. Strong stakeholder management and consultation skills in order to provide advice to business leaders and deliver effective solutions
- Good organizational, presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Occasional travel may be required
