职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1、Manage and execute all merchandising operations including capacity, stock holding and on-time delivery;
2、Perform monthly vendor performance review and follow up corresponding actions for continuous improvement;
3、Manage and execute all SAP system related transactions and data governance;
4、Monitor production status, input updated price, quantity, delivery and shipment details into SAP;
5、Plan and perform seasonal costing negotiation with vendors;
6、Work cross-functionally with the UK-based teams and Asia colleagues to deliver departmental goals and objectives;
7、Support sourcing new vendors where gaps are identified;
8、Manage vendor relationships for day-to-day operations in terms of service level agreement and the calendar milestones;
9、Liaise between UK and factory on sample and branding development to ensure the timely delivery of quality samples and meet customer expectation;
10、Follow up bulk orders, ensuring thorough understanding of products, materials ordered on time and on-time shipment;
11、Collaborate with cross teams for issues resolutions if any production and/or quality issues arise;
12、Update and monitor seasonal leftover materials data from vendors and communicate with UK counterparts;
13、Work with vendors/nominated trims suppliers on Corporate Responsibility documents;
14、CR factory audit follow up and input data into system;
15、Support the implementation of sourcing strategies;
16、Represent Speedo within the vendor base & licensee’s;
17、Maintain sound awareness of specific market intelligence in terms of product category as well as global supply chain and sourcing;
18、Support end-to-end product development for product launch;

Needs to have:
1、3+ years’ experience in a similar role;
2、Effective calendar management experience in an International Brand, Retail or FMCG environment;
3、Knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems;
4、Strong analytical skills;
5、Strong numeracy skills & Good MS Excel skills;
6、Very strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese;
7、Sound knowledge of global supply chain management;
8、Experience in working directly with vendors and ability to drive performance;
9、Knowledge of product costing;

Needs to be:
1、Proactive with a high level of self-initiative & well-organised;
2、Detail-oriented and customer focused;
3、A Good team player with strong communications skills in multi-cultural environment;
