职位描述：
1)Development or modification of products for local demand based on specifications.
根据国内客户的工艺要求开发、改善产品。
2) Close cooperation with product management, process engineering, production, QA and other related departments.
与产品管理部门、工业工程师、生产部门、质量部门及其他相关部门紧密合作。
3) Leading of development projects.
主导项目开发。
4) Supporting of international projects in close cooperation with the HQ R&D department in Bamberg/Germany.
与德国威琅班贝格的研发部门紧密合作，为国际项目提供支持。
5) Following of project processes and continuous improvement of business processes.
跟进项目过程，并为整个过程提供可持续性的改善。
6) handling of technical questions of suppliers, customers, partners and others in close cooperation with the R&D department of Wieland Electric Bamberg.
与德国威琅班贝格的研发部门紧密合作，处理供应商、客户、业务合作伙伴及其他部门的技术问题。
7) Keep ERP data (like material data, workorder data. Spec and so on) updated at any time
及时更新ERP系统相关数据（如原材料，订单，工艺等），并保持其准确性。
8) Perform general tasks assigned by superiors
执行上级主管安排的其他任务

职位要求：
1)At least 3 years experience as development engineer; preferably in international companies producing electromechanical products like electrical connectors.
至少3年以上产品研发，最好是在国际化电子元器件例如电子连接器公司工作经验。
2) Good software skills of Microsoft Office and at least one major CAD system, preferably Autocad.
精通办公室软件，至少会使用CAD，会使用Autocad更佳。
3) Experience in developing of small plastic and metal parts, material knowledge of plastics, copper alloys and technical coatings (electroplating).
有小塑料、金属原材料开发经验，并且具有塑料、铜合金等原材料及技术涂层的基本知识。
4) Knowledge of major production processes (plastic molding, die casting, machining and similar).
具有产品过程的基本知识（如塑料模具，模具压铸等相关产品）
5)Comprehensive knowledge of FMEA and similar quality methods .
具有FMEA及质量管理的综合知识。
6)Good communication skills and experience in project management
具有产品管理经验及良好的沟通能力。
7) Good software skill of ERP.
