Job description
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you're joining an exciting startup and working on promoting revolutionary technologies for Advanced Driver Assistance System. You will be responsible for identifying potential Chinese Tier-1/OEM/Aftermarket customers and develop a winning strategy to achieve design wins, sales growth, as well as to secure the market leader position. You should be able to fully understand Calterah products’ features and advantages, and promote Calterah’s products and technologies. You will work with a strong and diverse team in Calterah. Travel to customer sites in mainland China is required.

Responsibilities
? Develop and execute the plan to enter major Chinese automotive OEM and aftermarket ADAS market.
? Build up and maintain the relationships with automotive OEM's and Tier-1's through frequent customer visit.
? Provide relevant support throughout the entire project development phase.
? Responsible for sales related logistics.
? Provide customer demand forecasts and negotiate annual contracts.
? Execute annual sales plan.

Skills required
? 3+ years of experience in automotive industry sales.
? Automotive system knowledge, especially in ADAS.
? Good presentation skills.
? Experience in complex sales cycles.

Education
Bachelor required, and Master preferred.
