职位描述：
岗位职责： 
1、提供全国售后服务以及培训客户技术人员；处理客户反馈，积极主动配合公司解决客户问题；
2、为客户安装设备并培训客户正确操作设备；
3、培训经客户技术人员安装调试公司设备，培训客户操作工；
4、处理客户意见和处理设备故障，帮助客户解决使用中产生的问题；
5、积极发掘客户需求，配合公司提供解决方案。 

任职要求： 
1、大专以上学历，电气自动化或电气、机械等相关专业；
2、有三年以上工厂经验；
3、有设备维修或售后服务工作经验；
4、善于交流，能承受工作压力，且工作具有严谨的计划性；
5、为人正直诚信，有良好的团队合作精神
6、电工证优先
