职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Review vendors' payment application, invoice, contract, quotation, PO sheet.
2. Prepare accounting entry in Excel form for IBM function upload to accounting system.
3. Review payment propose provided by IBM India weekly
 
GL Function
●In charge of branch offices daily account voucher
● In charge branch offices monthly closing, such as expense charge/adjustment entries; accrual / prepayment; sales & cost
● Prepare branch office documents of VAT\Business Tax\IIT and indirect taxes to ensure tax submission meets deadline desired request by tax authority
●Products cost relevant calculation
●Prepare the data base with proper supporting for monthly accrual
●Prepare the analysed statistical data for Group report
● Maintain the main account reconciliation related Liability
● Audit supporting according to the PBC list prepare by KPMG
● Other tasks and jobs instructed by the Manager

Qualification & Requirements:
● Bachelor degree
● Majored in accounting.
● At least 6 years experiences in accounting field.
● Accounting knowledge, familiar with accounting law, tax law
● Good skills on communication, coordination, organization
● Good sensitive on team work, strong responsibility, open mind, and self-motivated.
● Good skill on computer operation, and related financial software.
● Very Good command of English both writing and oral
